IMPORTANT VIDEO NOTES:

If the videos are not playing for you, firstly visit Adobe.com and ensure you have Flash correctly installed.

After that, if the videos still aren't playing for you it's most likely due to the fact that our video server sometimes gets so busy, we have to temporarily limit how many people can visit to make sure it remains online. If you try again later you should be able to access without problem.

To avoid you having this problem in the future, it's suggested you download the videos using the download links in the eBooks so you can view the videos on your computer without having to be connected to our site or even to the internet.

If you are having problems viewing the downloadable videos (the files that end in .exe) first of all make sure your web browser is NOT open before double clicking the video file, as that is the main cause of problems. And of course as these files end in .exe they're Windows files and may not work on Macs.
